Return & Refund Policy

Top Tier Company is delighted to offer you a straightforward return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your items purchased from us, please get in touch with us at info@saudi.toptierpadel.com

All our items fall under the following return and refund policy, except that the Item is individually created; hence, getting a refund or return is impossible. All customized Item sales are Final.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, inside and out, and in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed, or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the purchaser's responsibility.

Of course, we will refund the re-delivery charges if the error occurred on our side.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client making excessive returns or exchanges will be removed from our client list and can no longer purchase from TOPTIER COMPANY. Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date, less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the customer's possession.

Returns received at our facility by mail within 14 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 14 working days of the delivery date will be refused, and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside Saudi Arabia clients, please note that you are responsible for returning the item/s.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We would like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from TopTier Company. Hence, if you would like to cancel an order you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Unfortunately, once your shipment is on its way to you, we will not be able to cancel it.

TopTier Company is an E-Commerce Service and not a manufacturer. All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. Top Tier Company is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges and their own country's legalities before purchase.
If the client refuses delivery of an item on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges will apply.
